Our Client: Britcar announces corporate catering partnership with Midlands Catering Company

When looking to provide catering services for new corporate clients, ultimately we are focussed on creating impressive and long-lasting first impressions; both in terms of the quality of our food provision, as well as the standards of service our team provides.
We are very much aware that mirroring the quality of a brand and working as an extension to their team, is an extremely privileged position to be in. This is why we tailor menus of outstanding quality to each and every setting and client we are invited to cater for.

After initial exploratory calls, we presented Claire at Britcar with a schedule and menu of catering that consisted of a sturdy kick start full english breakfast, an all day drinks station serving tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks, followed by a two course hot lunch and dessert (with of course 3 choices of lunch and dessert!). After all, variety is the spice of life!

We loved putting together varied menu choices for the team and we enjoyed every minute of serving food to their drivers, and that proved to be the beginnings of a longer term relationship which will now continue into their 2023 season!

Want a sneak peak at what a two day menu like this looks like catering for a variety of dietary requirements?

Day 1 (Saturday)

  • Coq au Vin a classic French Casserole served with Creamy Chive Mash or Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables (GF)
  • Beef Bourguignon, a rich hearty casserole served with Creamy Chive Mash or Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables (GF)
  • Chickpea and Cauliflower Curry, a tasty medium spiced curry served with Pilau Rice, Mini Naan (Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free without the Naan)


  • Chocolate and Pear Pudding with Custard or Cream
  • Strawberries and Cream Cheesecake
  • Crème Brulee

Day 2 (Sunday)

  • Sunday Carvery, serving a selection of Roast Beef, Turkey & Gammon served with Yorkshire Puddings, Stuffing, Roast and Creamed Potatoes and a selection of Seasonal Vegetables.
  • Vegetarian Alternative – Beetroot and Butternut Squash Wellington


  • Lemon Possett with Shortbread Fingers
  • Double Chocolate Cheesecake
  • Apple Crumble and Custard
