The Hoptimist Micropub based in our local village, Spondon, is fast becoming a regular stop for our services, catering for their ticketed events! This time it was a Christmas themed Tapas menu, which we cooked in our mobile kitchen, serving over 30 of their guests.

Leek and Stilton Soup with a Toasted Ciabatta Dipper (V)
Sautéed king prawns and scallops in white wine, with sun-blush tomatoes, basil, mascarpone cheese, baked with a breadcrumb and Parmesan crust
Mini Turkey Burgers with cranberry sauce
Pigs in Blankets served in a sage, thyme and cider gravy

A couple of dietaries – vegetarian and a nut allergy
