The Royal Engineers, Ministry of Defence approached us to provide a hog roast for their formal end of year Ball at Chetwynd Barracks with the Hog roast to be served at midnight!

We cooked the hog roast, transferred it in a hot hold insulated box and promptly served food at midnight! A great event to provide catering for… 👏🔥👍

Hog Roast rolls with stuffing and apple sauce.

A couple of dietaries – vegetarian, vegan and a nut allergy

Ordering and prep of ingredients, transport and set up of equipment. cooking, serving and clear up of venue

How many staff? 

2 serving staff, 2 prep and 1 chef
