We were delighted to be asked to return to the Hoptimist for round 2 this winter to serve a festive menu to their guests!

Casual dining for guests while enjoying drinks with friends… This time it was a tasty festive Christmas Tapas Menu 🎄🎅

What was the menu?

  • Leek and Stilton Soup with a Toasted Ciabatta Dipper
  • Sautéed king prawns and scallops in white wine, with sun-blush tomatoes, basil, mascarpone cheese, baked with a breadcrumb and Parmesan crust
  • Mini Turkey Burgers with cranberry sauce
  • Pigs in Blankets served in a sage, thyme and cider gravy
  • Roast Potatoes served Tartiflette Style – An Alpine speciality
  • Mince Pie Meringues with Chocolate and Brandy Sauce
