We cater at many different events for them and being as it’s a conference venue, the menu is dictated by individual customers holding events at the venue. It’s a really varied…it can be breakfast, hog roast, 2 course or 3 course dinners as well as paella!

What was involved in pulling it off?

The last event was extremely complex – 130 each day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 350 on the Wednesday

We provided 6-12 behind the scenes staff and the venue provided their own front of house staff as they were all volunteers and they have a tight budget

What was the feedback?

Good as usual!
