Unidays wanted bespoke catering options. They started with wanting a grazing table, but aesthetics were also really important so I steered them down the route of having individual plates. There was a lot of meticulous planning and sourcing of unusual ingredients for their fabulous menu!
Why they came to us…
They wanted bespoke catering options. They started with wanting a grazing table, but aesthetics were also really important so I steered them down the route of having individual plates – grazing tables do look amazing for 5 minutes until everyone starts picking! Plus I’m not a great fan of customers handling food – peanuts on a bar spring to mind – ugh – I don’t want anyone touching my food!
The catering format of their event…
Served canapés and served plate mezze
