Please complete one form for each service.
Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS – All quotations (verbal or written) will be valid for 10 days. We cannot guarantee that the date will be available after those 10 days. Bookings are provided on a first come, first served basis. To confirm and hold a booking the client must provide a completed booking form and the booking deposit. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
We will contact you 7 days before to confirm final numbers and dietary requirements. Additional guests must be paid for any reduction in numbers will not provide a refund or a reduction in the invoice total.
CANCELLATIONS – Should you wish to terminate your contract, this must be done in writing. The booking deposit is non refundable and further charges may be applicable. Midland Catering Services Ltd cancellation fees are as follows and are to be paid by the customer
Cancellation Notice Fee
Less than 6 Months No Further Charges
Less than 5 Months 60% (of the total booking value)
Less than 3 Months 75% (of the total booking value)
Less than 1 Month 100% (of the total booking value)
This will be calculated on the contracted minimum package as detailed above and that you have stated upon signing this document and the Terms stated in the section Minimum number of guests and prices.
INSURANCE – We have full Public Liability Insurance and copy certificates are available on request.
ACCESS – The client is required to ensure that we have access to the venue at the times given and agreed with Midland Catering Services Ltd. We also require sufficient time to break down and clear up after the event.
The client must inform us in advance of any access restrictions to the venue such as time restrictions, parking restrictions, vehicle height/width restrictions and other access restrictions such as steps.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – Disposable plates and cutlery shall be used at all events unless agreed otherwise.
Minimum Spend – The minimum spend per catered event is £500 Sunday – Thursday, £1000 Friday & Saturdays. If the client does not reach the minimum spend on the numbers of guests, the minimum spend will be billed to the client.
In the event that Midlands Catering Services Ltd are not able to provide services agreed due to circumstances out of our control (such as weather conditions, transport problems, venue problems etc) we will not be held responsible for any loss, cancellation or delay.
