- Duck and orange pate
- Double salmon tian
Mains:
- Hand carved turkey, with pigs in blankets, stuffing, cranberry sauce.
- Traditional roast beef with Yorkshire pudding
- Butternut squash and beetroot wellington (Ve)
- Salmon fillet in a white wine and fresh herb sauce
All the mains are served with seasonal vegetables – red cabbage, roast potatoes, carrot and swede mash, brussel sprouts, pea and French bean medley, cauliflower cheese.
