Our classic cold buffets can be dropped off at your chosen venue at your required time and are suitable for Corporate Lunches, Business Meetings, Funeral Wakes, Weddings, Parties and any other celebrations. Midlands Catering Company cold buffets are a varied and flexible option, catering for all tastes and styles.
OPTION 1
Working Lunch Platter – Finger Buffet
A selection of sandwiches, wraps and rolls with assorted fillings, delicious homemade savouries, premium crisps, whole fruit basket or fruit salad pots and a dessert platter
Sample fillings:
Egg mayonnaise and cress, roast beef and wholegrain mustard mayo with rocket, Mexican chilli and paprika chicken with guacamole, honey roast ham, chilli roasted peppers and guacamole (v), farmhouse cheddar and tomato chutney (v), grated carrot and mango chutney (v),

Individually Boxed Lunches
Each individual lunch box will contain a sandwich or roll, delicious homemade savouries, premium crisps, fresh fruit and a tray bake dessert.

Individually Boxed Salads
Each individual salad box will contain fresh, seasonal salad ingredients along with rice, potato salad and coleslaw (couscous and pasta options available) and your choice of topping, choose from:

Finger Buffets
OPTION 4a
Traditional
A selection of sandwiches with traditional fillings such as ham, egg & cress, cheese/cheese & pickle, roast beef, roast turkey. A selection of 2-3 delicious homemade savouries from; sausage rolls, pork pie, scotch eggs and quiche. Buffets include premium crisps and a cake selection; Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle, chocolate cake, egg custard. 2-3 choices of cakes will be provided. If you have a specific preference of savouries or cakes please let us know.

A selection of 2-3 delicious homemade savouries from; chicken tikka skewers, pakoras, sausage rolls, and samosas. Buffets include premium crisps and a cake selection; Victoria sponge, lemon drizzle, chocolate cake, filled doughnuts. 2-3 choices of cakes will be provided. Jacket Potato Buffet
Oven baked jacket potatoes served as a help yourself buffet. Jacket potatoes make a delicious healthy alternative to a sandwich buffet.
