Starters
Setting the scene for your main, we’ve created a portfolio of light starters that will see your guests glide into their main meal.
Choose 2:
- Home made Tomato and Basil Soup served with a basil pesto and parmesan cheese straw (V) (GF) (Ve with adaptations)
- Homemade Leek and Potato Soup – served with a stilton cheese straw (V) (GF) (Ve with adaptations)
- Stilton Stuffed Mushroom on a bed of rocket and balsamic glaze (V) (GF) (Ve with adaptations)
- Chicken Liver Pate with toasted Ciabatta and homemade chutney (GF with adaptations)
- Smoked Salmon, Avocado and Tomato Tian* – A light, elegant starter, packed full of flavour. Served on a bed of leaves with freshly baked rye bread and salted butter
- Smoked salmon with prawns, horseradish cream & lime vinaigrette* – This stunning starter is topped with freshly dressed salad leaves just before serving
- French Onion and Cider Tart – Onions cooked in cider to a sweet caramelised taste, offset by a chicory salad.

Our fantastic range of main courses have been created and designed to impress you and your guests. From downright hearty options, to stylish showstoppers they have been chosen to complement various event themes and styles. The choice is yours…enjoy!
- Pan fried Chicken Dijon Supreme, pomme puree, green beans – A classic dish, a rich and creamy white wine and Dijon mustard sauce
- French Style Pork Fillet with Cider, green beans and pears
- Oven roasted salmon with tarragon hollandaise, asparagus, vine tomatoes
- Classic Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, roast potatoes, honey glazed carrots and green vegetable medley
- Zesty roasted salmon and cod, roasted peppers and pine nuts – a flavour some and moist dish, a great main for any occasion
- Slow cooked – roast shoulder of lamb with anchovy and rosemary, lemon and rosemary roast potatoes – a melt in the mouth lamb dish
- Roast rack of pork with wild garlic stuffing – a show stopping pork dish with a flavourful stuffing
Vegetarian Mains
- Melting Mushroom Wellington – a smart vegetarian and vegan main

Fine dining mains make their entrance in style, with only the finest locally sourced ingredients, providing the centrepiece for your events menu. Our main course selection has been created by our Chef with the need to impress guests in presentation, taste and colour with meticulous attention to detail.
- Slow Roasted Shank of Lamb, smoked bacon, peas, baby gem lettuce, white wine cream sauce, spring onion mash, baby leeks
- Braised Blade of Beef spring onion mash, creamed mushrooms, truffle oil
- Barbary Duck Breast crushed sweet potato, poached blackberries, braised red cabbage, baby carrots
