It’s simple…choose a starter, choose from a BBQ or Sharing Bowl as the Main and then choose 2 desserts!

Starter

Sharing Antipasti board with continental cured meats and cheeses, breads & Mediterranean vegetables

or

Sharing Mezze Board with stuffed vine leaves, Falafel, Halloumi, Lamb skewers, Fattoush, Hummus and Baba ghanoush

OPTION 2

Main course

  • Big pan paella – chicken & chorizo, verdura (ve) or marisco, served with fresh breads, green salad and lemon wedges. All paella are gluten free (GF)
  • Big chilli bowl, beef or 5 bean chilli (Ve) served with fluffy rice, nachos, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole (both chillis are GF)
  • BBQ (April to October) – 4oz Steak Burger (GF), Chicken Breast Steak in Blackened Cajun Marinade(GF), Butchers Pork Sausages with Caramelised Red Onions (GF), Beef Minute Steaks with Soy, Ginger and Mango Marinade, Cheese and Chive Stuffed Jacket Potatoes, Mixed salad and Homemade Coleslaw, Bread rolls, relishes, onions and cheese slices, Vegetarian Alternative – Spicy Beanburger, Veggie Sausage, Stuffed Pepper & Barbecued Jackfruit
  • Middle Eastern Mezze – Choose a chicken, lamb, Vegetarian and side dish.

 

  • Chicken – choose from pomegranate chicken (chicken breasts in this fruity, sweetly spiced sauce with pomegranate seeds) or Lebanese style chicken with spiced aubergine pilaf (a lightly spiced chicken portion served with a spicy and aromatic rice accompaniment) 
  • Lamb – choose from lamb, squash & apricot tagine, flavoured with coriander and ras-el-hanout spices or slow-roast Persian lamb shoulder with pomegranate salad  
  • Vegetarian – grilled aubergines with spicy chickpeas & walnut sauce- smoky aubergine, nutty chickpeas and earthy walnuts or halloumi & quinoa Fattoush – griddled halloumi, toasted pitta pieces, grains, tomatoes, dill and mint 
  • Side dishes – choose 1 from: tabbouleh with lemon yoghurt, orange & feta giant couscous salad, roasted beetroot with za’atar, chickpeas & harissa yoghurt, almond spiced couscous, spiced cauliflower with chickpeas, herbs & pine nuts, middle eastern carrot salad, herb salad with pomegranate & pistachios or Fattoush

  • Rose scented crisp meringue baskets with fresh raspberries

I found this company by doing a search and was very pleased I did. The venue we chose had no electric or water so was worried about keeping food warm. I ordered the jacket potato menu so a change from the normal sandwich buffet and it was amazing! The potatoes were still boiling home 5 hours later. All the food was delicious and I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much for doing our catering for our event last weekend!

Lynne was an absolute star from start to finish. Great communication from the moment they were selected. We catered a Christmas Meal for a team of 60 in 4 sittings due to the capacity of the room. Lynne came and set up very quickly. A self-sufficient team that needed very little help from us. All we did was give them a spot to set up and off they went. The food was to a very high quality and fresh for every sitting. A vegetarian option as well which was very tasty.

Just wanted to say such a massive thank you for everything you did on Saturday, from the food to service - everything was fantastic and everyone was so complimentary of the food. My personal favourite was the gluten free black forest cake! The running of the day was so smooth and completely stress free for us (I hope not too bad for you haha). One of the guests was coeliac and she said she had never been so well catered for which is a massive compliment!
