Our regular customers Anixter approached us to serve a casual Christmas lunch to their staff! Providing food for 80 people, we served roast turkey, stuffing, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, green vegetable medley and red cabbage!

Happy and contented staff at Christmas! A great way to support staff and make them feel valued!

A casual lunch to be served in their staff canteen

We cooked their menu of food in a mobile kitchen, and provided staff to serve lunch to them in a buffet style setting

A couple of dietaries – vegetarian, vegan, halal and someone wanting a burger instead!

Ordering and prep of ingredients, transportation and set up of equipment, cooking, serve and clear up of venue
